The only surviving Jewett from the Chicago elevated, 1754 has a seating arrangement typical of earlier wooden rapid transit cars: a pair of "booths" with transverse seats facing each other, with longitudinal seats at each end of the car. This car was used as a workshop by IRM members in the past and still has a lot of parts stored in it.
