transpixel 06.01.08 - THE FIVE RIVETS THAT SECURE THE TWO HOUSING PARTS ARE BEING DRILLED OUT SO THAT THE HOUSING CAN BE REPAIRED.  TO THE LEFT OF THE ELECTRIC DRILL, THE RUSTED OUT SECTION OF THE HOUSING IS VISIBLE.  THE HANDBRAKE LOCK SHAFT, THE ROUND PART TO THE LOWER LEFT OF THE DRILL, HAS WORN THE HOUSING OUT.  A BUSHING WAS CREATED AND WELDED INPLACE TO CORRECT THIS. THE SHAFT FOR THE GEAR TO THE RIGHT OF THE ELECTRIC DRILL, WHICH IS ATTACHED TO THE GEAR INSIDE, IS FROZEN TO THE GEAR WITH CORROSION. transpixel
