309 truck - 8 March 2003 - Frank Hicks (FrankHicks)

Description : This is the #1 end truck from the 309, after removal of the nonfunctional motors in late 2002 and prior to installation of the rebuilt motors in April 2003. Over the winter it was needle-chipped and painted. It is a 6'6"-wheelbase MCB apparently of modified Dorner design.
