Switching - February 2010 - Frank Hicks (FrankHicks)

Description : On the last day of February 2010, car 966 saw daylight for the first time in 34 years. It had been stored in Barn 2 since that structure was built around it in 1976. This car has significant structural damage to the bolsters and side sheets. It is also on Bettendorf shop trucks; its original trucks are underneath Chicago & Milwaukee Electric 354.
