transpixel Totally reconditioned C-2 curved segment. Removed from service circa 1973 by CTA. In 2014 it was rusty junk. Parts were sand blasted or chemically cleaned, hot dip or cold galvanized. Wood parts were painted. New bolts and tips were used. This 60 year old section is ready for another 60 years at IRM. transpixel
