Description : CTA 3142 is up on jacks at the Electric Railway Historical Society site in suburban Downers Grove in February 1960. The group's barn was still under construction at this point. To the left of the 3142 is CTA "Green Hornet" PCC 4391, while to the right is Chicago & West Towns 141 and CSL 2846, whose roof is barely visible. Parked in front is Chicago trolley bus 9193.
