This unnumbered Lone Star Cement locomotive is a small switcher designed for moving one or two cars at a time around cement plants. It was operated by at least two different cement plants over the years, ending its service life at a facility in Elkhart, Indiana. It is one of the earliest 25-ton GE switchers in preservation and is the smallest diesel-electric locomotive at IRM.
