TTI 260 is a diesel freight locomotive designed as a “road switcher” for general freight train service. It is an example of early Universal-series locomotive and is the only surviving U28B model locomotive in original condition. The U28B was a transition model and was only produced for approximately one year, between 1966 and 1967.
